I'm from out of state so I had my nails done elsewhere. Just before my trip back, I bumped two of them and they hurt really bad. Came here to have them removed and the technician was very gentle- he used three different tools and did a great job getting my gels off. Pics attached. Thank you so much ❤️
Been going here for years. Lulu does my nails and I love her! She can do any design that you ask for and her freestyle designs are the best. Staff is nice.. reasonably priced.. good pedicures.. and it’s clean.
I have tried to give this place a chance because it’s in my area (convenient) thats the only reason. I should have listened to most of the reviews. I came in to get an overlay on my nails and the polish I requested the white pearl with Chrome on top. I came in with the chrome on my nails from the same shop so the guy cant( call him a nail technician ) saw what I wanted. I explained to him that I really like the chrome but I would prefer white polish then the chrome. He told me yes I know what you want we have a new chrome that will be thicker and less clear. So he proceeded to file the old polish and gel off and hurt my finger I jumped of course. So the second time, I told him hey you are too heavy handed that burns . He then apologized and mumbled something in his native language strike 1 RUDE!! So once he started with the chrome my nails looked like mirrors!! NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR ! So I told him that’s not what I asked for and he proceeded to remove it and hurt my finger again! (See picture) At that point I said I don’t want to deal with you because you are intentionally hurting me. I asked the other technician if she can finish but she works by appointment only. He didn’t file my nails down they are thick and ugly!! It was a lot more but I’m tired of typing. Just know I will never go there again and our area deserves better!! My suggestion to this salon if you have a problem with the people in this area PLEASE LEAVE we don’t need you or want you!! He was so rude and UNPROFESSIONAL THERE’S NEVER A REASON TO BE MEAN AND RUDE
I have been coming here for a long time! Some great experiences and sometimes not good at all! More good than bad. Tom does my nails and is great at his craft! Real cool, laid back guy. Thanks Tom.
Just moved to town, and I’m super glad I came here. Service is very professional and SANITARY! Ambiance was calming, and a large variety of colors to choose from. I got 2 coats of funny bunny & 1 coat of bubble bath, which only took me around an hour and 10 minutes. Super fast, very affordable, and will definitely come again.
